• Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will be processed once items have been received and checked for damage.

All items will be packaged appropriately, using bubble wrap and boxes.

Delivery is via Royal Mail, using Second Class Signed For as standard option with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class Signed for.

• Second Class Signed For aims to deliver within 2-3 working days including Saturdays.

• First Class Signed For aims to deliver within 1-2 working days including Saturdays.

• Free delivery to any orders over £100.
