What payment methods do you accept?At the moment Debit/Credit cards and Apple Pay. Looking to add more options in the future

What are the shipping options?We use Royal Mail Signed For services to ensure all orders are tracked upon delivery. At checkout you have the option to choose between First and Second class and for those orders over £100, there is free delivery. Check out the Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately not at the moment, although we hope to in the future.

When will I receive my order?Items usually takes between 3-7 days to process, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks depending on the postage option you choose.

Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?Contact us to discuss any changes needed, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched then we should be able to make any changes requested. However, any changes may require more time to process and there could be a delay in dispatch time, this will be discussed when contacted.
